Join CCE Staff to explore different techniques for coloring (dying) hard boiled eggs. We will start with a discussion on safely preparing your eggs for coloring/decorating using the most current food safety guidelines. Each day we will post facts about eggs, egg production and NY State Egg sales. Some days we will record a discussion with our staff, volunteers and other community organizations on fun/safe coloring techniques and traditions. You will receive daily emails with links to our fun discussions and the resources we present.

Thank you, for registering for our CCE Cattaraugus Egg-cellent short format classes on Preparing Eggs safely (especially hard boiling), safety when selling and handling Eggs in NY, Egg Coloring, Egg storage and any other topic we can think to cover through March 31, 2024.
