This returning workshop is back by popular request.
Do you love yogurt? Ever wondered what the difference between Greek and “regular” yogurt? Would you like to reduce sugar or additives from your diet? Or are you looking to save money at the grocery store?
This hands-on workshop will be led by Kelly McDonald. Kelly has been making yogurt for more than 15 years, come learn from her experiences with this fermentation process.You will learn how to do this process on your stovetop or in your crockpot or pressure cooker (instapot)
Each workshop attendant will receive recipes/instruction. Presentation about the history of yogurt making. We will taste various consistency of yogurt, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.Everyone will go home with enough yogurt starter to make their first batch.
Cost of the hands-on workshop is $10.00. If you are an active Master Food Preserver you will receive a discount.A confirmation email will be sent when you register.
