By clicking the link above, you can access the Volunteer Enrollment Form for the 2023-24 4-H year. To enroll as a volunteer, complete the form and return to the 4-H office. There is no enrollment fees for volunteers, but a Background Check and a Motor Vehicle Record Check is required for volunteers. Please contact the 4-H office with any questions.
