By clicking the link above, you can access the Volunteer Enrollment Form for the 2024-25 4-H year. To enroll as a volunteer, complete the form and return to the 4-H office. There are no enrollment fees for volunteers, but Background Checks and Motor Vehicle Record Checks are required for volunteers. Please contact the 4-H office with any questions.
